this is how i spend my nights. Who needs a date
I was in a baking mood to day so I decided to make these for breakfast.
French Breakfast Muffins
So I only mixed about 1/4 cup of sugar with the cinnamon and about 1/4 cup of melted butter. I’m sure that reducing the measurements will make a difference in cutting calories and wasting ingredients.
Since it only takes 20 - 25 minutes to make, it’s great for breakfast or a snack.
I hardly ever watch these awards show except for the Grammy’s and VMA’s, but one thing I always do is look at the fashions on the red carpet. What is frustrating is that these people have more money that I probably will never see in my entire life and yet they still HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DRESS THEMSELVES!!!
As a frequent shopper at discount stores and owner of school spirit shirts for everyday of the week, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that I have very little experience in the fashion field. However, what I do have experience in is something most people are born with….COMMON SENSE.
Now to those that did not gain this crucial life skill, here’s a little tip: Always look in the mirror before you leave the house. I’m sure you have people on the payroll to dress you, but…..
….beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What looks good for one person will not always look good on another person. Kelly Clarkson is not the same size she used to be when she first started out and that’s ok (she’s happy with her weight so who are we to knock her down), but this dress was not working for her at all.
I love the color and the shimmer, but the shape of the dress focuses on her curves in the worst way. Just because a stylist is telling you it looks good isn’t always the case.
Pretty much all i’m saying is that check yourself if the mirror before heading out.
No one’s opinion should be more important than your own.
It’s been forever since i’ve been on here. A lot of things have been going on. I’m finally on my last year of college and senioritis is hitting me hard. After all the stuff i’ve been through with switching majors,I thought I would be in school for more than 4 years. Luckily, everything worked out in my favor and will be graduating in May :D.
It’s exciting and scary at the same time. Exciting because I’ll FINALLY BE DONE WITH SCHOOL!!!! After 21 years(minus the years i was a baby of course) , I won’t have to get up to sit in a classroom for hours. I don’t plan on going to Grad School (I’m an Advertising major and I don’t see the point of going to grad school).
The scary part is that I would have to go out in the real world. Now, I would have to find a good paying job, get an apartment, and deal with bills. The only thing I’m worried about is finding a job in this economy. If I have to, I am willing to relocate. I’m the kind of person that I have to have a plan before making decisions like these so that’s what makes it even scarier because i’m scared of it blowing up in my face. I know that’s one of the things i need to work on: taking more risks and not fearing the worst. You cannot succeed in life if you never take risks.
I know one thing’s for sure: i’m going to overcome my obstacles and achieve my goals. “I can’t” and “i’m not” is not in my vocabulary.
